Location and Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, Onsite in Springfield, NJ
Pay:$18.00 or more depending on experience.

Role Summary:

As a wide-format Print Production Operator, you play a critical role in our production process, responsible for operating and maintaining various printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials that meet the required standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, the ability to observe and quickly identify and communicate production or equipment issues, and a commitment to producing top-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate wide-format printing and finishing equipment, including digital printers, CNC finishing tables, and lamination equipment.
• Monitor machine operation to detect defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with management and customer service to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Process work orders to client specifications with a “First Time Right” mindset.
• Communicate any issues promptly to management, including work orders, digital files, machine or material problems.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products to verify measurements, counts, and overall quality.
• Assist with finishing and packaging of production jobs.
• Comply with all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move materials (onsite training and certification provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed (e.g., 8–10 hour shifts).

Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

High school diploma or GED
Prior experience working with printing machines and print industry knowledge and experience preferred.
Knowledge of printing processes and equipment, machine set up and operation, and basic equipment maintenance and upkeep.
