POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a motivated salesperson to generate new leads, grow company sales, and build and maintain customer relationships. The salesperson will play a key role in growing the company’s brand by increasing brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share. The salesperson will represent the company by conveying expertise in our services and capabilities and establishing a relationship with the community and business accounts. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer relationships and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and works closely with the marketing team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain key accounts and maximize sales potential with existing accounts.
- Prospect, attract, develop, and secure new target accounts through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop sales strategies.
- Effectively communicate 2XL’s distinct proficiencies and capabilities.
- Follow up on all sales calls.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals.
- Assisting customers in placing orders by obtaining job specifications and preparing complete and accurate work order forms.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, volume/usage, progress, competitive feedback within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop inbound and outbound lead generation and outreach strategies and programs to drive new client acquisition. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop customer relationship management practices, strategies, and technologies to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle to assist with customer retention and sales growth.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of client projects for use as sales tools.
- Margin improvement initiatives.
- Suggestions for adding new inventory items.
- Effective time and territory management for traveling
- Establishing company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 1+ years of work experience, in sales, support, or marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing customer information
- Experience in the printing industry or sales, marketing, account management, business development, event/project coordination a plus (at least one or some combination of these).
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and get results from people at all levels in the organization
